Shipping
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and order status, where you'll receive real-time updates.
Where is the goods sent from?
From our warehouse in Stockholm.
What is the shipping price?
We offer free shipping on orders within EU.
In case your order is not eligible for free shipping, the cost will be calculated at checkout, based on your location. Read the shipping terms here: Shipping & Returns.
Do I have to pay taxes and duties on my order?
For customers within the European Union (including the UK and Norway), the prices displayed at checkout are final and include any applicable taxes. For customers outside the European Union, prices are shown excluding VAT and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on importing goods to your country.
The United States provides exemptions from import taxes on textile goods for personal use.
Returns
What is your return policy?
- If you for any reason want to return your product you are allowed within 14 days from the date you received the goods.
- Returned goods have to be in the same condition as when you got them. Meaning, labels should still be attached and the products should not be worn except testing. If the products are worn, dirty, damaged or different compared to when you got them, the return might get disapproved and the product will be sent back to you.
- Your right of return is not eligable for products that has clearly being personalized accordingly to your wishes. For example if any garments has been made to measure in some way, or if a product has been monogrammed.
- We do a through quality check when the goods returns to our warehouse and as soon as this is done the refund will be done.
How do i make a return?
- Just simply replace the garments in the box they arrived in.
- Stick the mailing label onto the bag.
- Seal the box (the box has a re-seal strip).
- Hand in at the nearest service point.
- Wait for refund (often takes a week due to delivery time, quality check and time for the bank to make the refund).
How much does a return cost?
Return costs vary depending on your location and include any applicable customs fees and duties. The rates are as follows:
Sweden: 49 SEK
European Union: 15 EUR
UK, Switzerland, and Norway: 20 EUR
North America: 25 EUR
Rest of the World: 30 EUR
The cost will be deducted from your refund.
Product
Where are your products made?
All of our existing products are made in Portugal, in a factory outside Porto in a small village called Barcelos.
My size is sold out, will you re-stock?
If the product is in our permanent collection we will re-stock your size, make sure to press the the "notify me"-button to not miss out. Some seasonal products might be produced only once. If unsure, please contact: info@loumad.com and we will gladly inform you.
How do I determine my size?
It's best to review the specifications provided under the 'Size & Fit' tab on the product page and compare them with one of your garments in a similar style. That said, should you need further assistance please let us know. You can e-mail info@loumad.com.
