Delivery time is only an estimation and not a guarantee. We do not take responsibility for orders stuck in transit or customs. Please note that all estimated delivery times are counted from when your order has been shipped.

Prices shown on our website for customers in the European Union, Norway & UK are inclusive of VAT. For customers outside of the European Union, Norway & UK, prices are shown excluding VAT. For unclaimed packages, all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties, will be debited upon the handling of the return.

RETURNS

Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in the same shape and condition as when you received them together with their original packaging.

LOUMAD provides shipping labels and applies location-based fees for returns:

Sweden: 49 SEK
European Union: 15 EUR
UK, Switzerland and Norway: 20 EUR
North America: 25 EUR
Rest of the world: 30 EUR

These fees include any potential customs fees and duties that may be applicable. 

Please note that we only accept returns using our provided shipping label, which covers any additional duties that may apply to returns from outside the EU.The cost for a pre-paid shipping label will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange policy

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of the delivery date. All exchanges within Europe are free of charge. For exchanges outside of Europe, standard return fees apply. Simply write "exchange" in the note section when submitting your return followed by the new desired size and color. Once the request and original order is received, you will be notified when the exchange item will arrive.
