Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in the same shape and condition as when you received them together with their original packaging and tags. 

LOUMAD provides shipping labels and applies location-based fees for returns:

Sweden: 70 SEK

European Union: 10 EUR

Norway: 100 NOK

The UK and Switzerland: 15 EUR

USA: 30 USD

Rest of the world: 30 USD

For Sweden, European Union, Norway, Swtizerland, the UK and the USA, these fees include any potential customs fees and duties that may be applicable. We do not cover any potential fees and duties outside these regions. 

Please note that we only accept returns using our provided shipping label, which covers any additional duties that may apply to returns from outside the EU. 


Exchange policy

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of the delivery date. All exchanges within European union, and Norway are free of charge. For exchanges outside of these regions, standard return fees apply. In order to be eligible for a free exchange, the entire order must be exchanged.

Simply write "exchange" in the note section when submitting your return followed by the new desired size and color. Once the request and original order is received, you will be notified when the exchange item will arrive. 

If you instead place a new order for the item you wish to exchange before we have received your return, we are unable to complete the exchange. In this case, the free exchange service will no longer apply and it will be processed like a new order. 

If you return only a part of the original order, standard return fees will apply. 

Repeated returns

We monitor the number of returns made by customers and reserve the right to refuse future orders that we believe are in breach of our terms and conditions. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued once we have received and inspected your returned item.

After your return has been approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
